COMPLAINT TO STRASBOURG
Advocate Justyna Metelska specializes in conducting cases at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg. She assists Customers in drafting and filing complaints with the Court and represents Customers at further stages of the proceedings. She prepares responses to the government’s observations, presents claims on behalf of Customers for the award of just satisfaction for violations of rights and freedoms guaranteed by the Convention and Additional Protocols.
