Adwokat Justyny Metelskiej

Advocate Justyna Metelska has twenty years of experience in handling cases before the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg. Before the Strasbourg Court, she represents both individuals and legal entities. She has built her professional experience through many years of work as a lawyer at the Court of Human Rights, as well as an expert of the Council of Europe and a participant in legal missions to raise the standards of human rights protection in Europe. For many years she has lectured attorneys and trainee lawyers on human rights protection mechanisms. She is certified as a Council of Europe human rights lecturer under the HELP program. From 2010 to 2021, she was actively involved in the Human Rights Commission of the Polish Bar Council, since 2017 as a Chair of the Commission. She served as a representative of the Polish Bar Council in the Commissions: Human Rights and the Permanent Delegation to the Strasbourg Court of the CCBE (Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe). Awarded with the medal of Advocacy of Merit. As part of her legal practice, she supports pro bono activities of non-governmental organizations: Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights, Polish Society of Antidiscrimination Law, and she is a member of the Prof. Hołda Association.

Advocate Justyna Metelska has over twenty years of experience in handling cases before the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg. Before the Strasbourg Court, she represents both individuals and legal entities.
She advises business entities on labour law issues, as well as supports clients in establishing and terminating employment relationships, creating internal regulations and policies, and on data protection issues in employment.
Justyna Metelska advices on family law, divorce proceedings, parental authority cases and custody of minor children. She also represents clients in cases of alimony and division of joint property.
